AGRICOLTURAL FARM
Our holiday farm boasts a long family tradition; attentive management helps to maintain the same great passion for wine and olive oil, the typical products of the areas around Lake Garda.
Thanks to the mild climate and our experience we produce and offer genuine products of the highest standard.
On September, during the month long grape harvest, we select grapes that arrive to our winery for production. The result achieved is light graded wines better consumed sooner rather than later. We offer wine tastings to help you decide which wine you prefer.
Olives are harvested mechanically from the end of October to the end of November, they are pressed and ground in the nearby oil mill within a few days from harvesting to obtain an oil with a low acidity content (below 1%) and the denomination 'extra virgin' as a guarantee of the highest quality.
At our farm it is possible to taste and sell the products directly, national and international shipments are also made by courier with variable shipping costs based on the order.
