Called “Superior” the production of this red wine is subjected to strict procedures and rigorous checks.
The best selected grapes Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet, picked by hand only, need to be rested for a month after the harvest before being pressed for the must. During the resting period grapes acquire a higher sugar content and a delicate fragrance. The alcohol content is 15% and it is suitable for a moderate aging.
Tasting notes: a very bright and deep ruby-red colour. A particularly intense aroma due to the fruits (cherries, morello cherries, strawberries and raspberries) in it. Powerful on the palate due to its freshness and good measured tannic structure.
It is best served at 18°C to complement strong flavoured mature cheeses, roasted meat and game.

Made with local grapes – Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara, Rossignola combined with Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet and Sauvignon grapes giving it its ruby-red colour and a delicate and fruity fragrance. The flavour is dry and slightly bitter.
The alcohol content is 12%, it should be served at a temperature between 12-16°C. We suggest it as an accompaniment to white meats, sheep, beef and sizzlers.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A superior category olive oil produced entirely from olives grown on our farm
with the “cold squeeze” method typical of olive oils produced in this area.
The mechanical harvest takes about a month between October and November; the olives are then pressed with the “cold squeeze” method in a closed oil mill where filtering and bottling are also conducted directly.
It has an intense green colour, a delicate and fruity flavour with a hint of sweet almonds.
Extra virgin olive oil is the most digestible fat and has numerous beneficial effects on the organism.
It is best enjoyed raw to accompany first courses, meat, fish and vegetables.
