Extra virgin olive oil
A superior category olive oil obtained directly from our olives, the typical kinds found in lake Garda area, with method by "cold squeezing".
The manual harvest takes about one month and a half between November and December; the olives are then pressed with "cold squeezing" method by an oil mill. Filtering and bottling are directly made by the farm.
It has an intense green colour, a delicate and fruity flavour with a hint of sweet almonds.
Concerning the extra virgin olive oil, it is the most digestible fat and has numerous beneficial effects on the organism.
To enjoy raw in ideal acoompaniment to first courses, meat, fish and vegetables.
